Oliver Hourigan is a part of the Bayleys Wellington Commercial Sales and Leasing team.

Oliver’s strong work ethic, competitive nature and Real Estate DNA stands him in great stead in the fast-paced commercial property arena. Being fresh blood to the Bayleys Commercial Team Oliver brings a new set of eyes and a plethora of enthusiasm to the table.

Mentored by top-achieving directors Mark Hourigan and Fraser Press, there is over 40 years of experience in real estate that are constantly achieving excellent results.

Away from the office, Oliver has competed at a national level in a vast range of sports throughout the years developing the skill and tenacity required to succeed and thrive in a highly competitive environment.
