Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree with honours and Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Starting her career in law, Monique worked as a solicitor at Bell Gully then followed this up with over a decade of sales and marketing experience in the luxury wine and spirits industry both in New Zealand and in the USA, managing national accounts, distributors, and sales teams. Complementing her industry experience, she also was a senior writer for a luxury lifestyle men’s magazine based in North America and an international wine judge for several wine competitions in New Zealand and London. Now living in Queenstown, Monique brings her remarkable skillset to Bayleys Queenstown Lakes.  Monique specialises in the luxury segment of the Queenstown real estate market, where her unique background and expertise shine.

Beyond her professional life, Monique's interests are as diverse as her skillset. She enjoys practicing Iyengar yoga, playing golf, touch rugby, wakeboarding, and skiing. Additionally, she takes on the role of coaching her daughter's school touch rugby team.
