The amount of repeat clients that hugely value Sheryl Williams’ approach is testament to the fact that Sheryl always works extremely hard to achieve the best results possible. Her personal achievements include being a Bayleys Queenstown ‘Top Achiever’ for three years in a row, receiving the 2022 Bayleys Way Staff Recognition award and being previously named Auction Salesperson of the Year for Queenstown, in the annual Bayleys awards. Sheryl is also now a member of the prestigious Bayleys $100 Million Dollar Club and the National Bayleys Auction Club.

Sheryl came to real estate after a stellar career working for Air New Zealand in sales for over 10 years before taking the opportunity to assist in setting up a branch of CPA Australia in New Zealand. She then became CPA Australia’s membership and recruitment specialist in Auckland. Both those jobs taught Sheryl high-level sales skills, the importance of customer service, exemplary organisational ability and an exceptionally efficient work ethic. Working as a personal assistant to a top Queenstown Bayleys agent for two years, before becoming an agent herself, Sheryl hit the ground running and is well versed in both the front and back end of property transactions. Now many years later Sheryl is a top agent in her own right. She has learned from the best and is proud to be a mentor to others.

The excitement of finding the right property for a buyer and helping a vendor get a great outcome are her driving force. Sheryl knows how to create a bespoke marketing campaign tailor-made to the client, property and desired result, which targets just the right customer base. She offers specialist expertise regarding the auction process and her extensive knowledge and skills in marketing properties for auction result in top prices for her clients that often exceed their highest expectations.

Outside of real estate Sheryl loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog Coco, enjoying skiing in winter and boating in summer.

Sheryl sells all over Queenstown and is proud to call this beautiful and highly desirable part of New Zealand home. Known for being professional at all times, as well as approachable and honest, it’s no surprise her down-to-earth style has resulted in legions of happy clients.
